Who operates ClimbLab
ClimbLab is a private League coaching workspace operated by Path. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@scrimstats.gg.
Information we use
We store waitlist contact details, account and League profile details, invitations, scheduling requests, development plans, reflections, VOD links and feedback, coach notes, reports, notifications, and basic feature-usage events. A connected Riot ID is unverified; cached recent-match summaries may be stored after a refresh. We do not store player payments or video files.
Purpose and access
Information is used to provide and secure the coaching workspace, maintain a useful development history, respond to early-access interest, send requested service messages, and evaluate whether the product is useful. Players see their player-facing history. Their active coach can access shared coaching records; private coach notes remain private. We do not sell personal information or use coaching content for advertising.
Service providers
Supabase supports authentication and database hosting, and Resend supports service email. Opening embedded or external YouTube or Twitch footage is subject to those providers. Riot Games receives account and match requests when match history is refreshed. ClimbLab is not affiliated with Riot Games.
Retention
- Active coaching records remain while the account or relationship is active.
- Archived coaching records are retained for up to 12 months unless deleted earlier.
- Expired invitations and delivery logs are reviewed and removed after 90 days.
- Waitlist details are removed on request or after 12 months without relevant contact.
- Service backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 additional days.
During early access, retention reviews and deletion are administered manually.
Your choices
You can correct your profile in Settings. To request access, correction, a JSON or CSV export, restriction, objection where applicable, or deletion, email us from the address used for ClimbLab. We verify identity and normally respond within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Security and changes
ClimbLab uses authenticated workspaces, row-level database access controls, and private server credentials. Material changes will be communicated before new uses of personal information begin. This notice will be reviewed as ClimbLab expands beyond early access.
